Minor Renovations

Astute readers (we have those?) may have noticed some minor alterations to the site - most of them involving the sidebars to the right. I’m still going to be tweaking stuff a little bit, but if you run into any problems please let me know by commenting here. (I already know that the random quote thingy seems to be causing an error in IE - sorry, I don’t seem to be smart enough to figure that one out).

the red x thing should be fixed, though - I just turned them off everywhere except the main page
