The Bruins are getting rid of the yellow third jerseys. I’ve never been a big fan of them, and, by some luck, even though I rarely go to B’s games, they always seem to be wearing those fucking things. Ray Bourque’s last game as a Bruin was in one of them. Not the worst 3rd jersey *casts withering glare at Nashville* but still not one that’s going to be missed.
Instead, they’ll wear a 60’s throwback jersey against original 6 teams. First Buffalo announces a throwback as an alt and now Boston. I like this trend very much. I’ll take a throwback over a mooterus almost any day.
