oh, and one last thought — even though we lost, the Wild still have to think they’re pretty lucky. 2 goals were of the garbage/lucky variety last night, imho.

great recap as always DD. I too would like to see more from Joe’s line (in particular Bruno, good lord is he invisible). Also Theo was not good on that one goal. I’m inclined to give him a break with the great work he’s done the rest of the time stopping shots he shouldn’t have, though.

and as to the officiating stuff, I thought this game was at least more evenly called than the last, even if the missed calls were even more obvious.

I betcha we see McCormick play too, if Jones is hurt, but I wonder if Hensick might get the call too — he’s can play RW, and lord knows Smyth could use someone with some vision and passing ability with him.

You do a fantastic job with these- as a Wild fan, I don’t know if my ticker will allow me to handle anymore of these OT games…
