According to the rumors, he has a one-way contract…so he won’t be playing in LEM.

I think Ledin is an NHL or bust move, much like Hlinka. Sertich is a LEM signing (when Greg Sherman is quoted in the press release, like with Sertich, it seems to me that indicates an AHL move, not an NHL move).

Seems to me they are stockpiling Wyatt Smiths and Hlinkas so far this offseason. Great. Actually, I’m pretty sure the Sertich move was for Lake Erie. Don’t know crud about Per Ledin. Except that his stock probably went up just because of his nationality after the Wings won the cup (typing that makes me want to hurl). But will his contract even allow for Lake Erie? Did Hlinka’s?

Could be a bad sign for Richardson — this guy sounds like he’s a 3rd or 4th line type and could take his spot if he proves to be a good defender.

Or it might be a pure LEM signing, as I suspect the Sertich signing is more of. We’ll see, I guess.
