There seems to be some conflicting information over the status of Ian Laperriere, who blocked a 375 MPH slapper by Brian Rolston on Wednesday. Michael Russo from the Star-Tribune says that Lappy “looked like he could barely move” while Adrian Dater says that “it should be the same lineup for the Avalanche. No injury news to report or anything”.
Even though Dater seems to be under the weather, I think he’d probably know if Lappy was anything more than a little sore. Hopefully, this will mean that I’ll be able to avoid a further scolding from a certain salad loving beatnik…
