12.06.07Marc Crawford, Man of the Year.What's uglier than talking about Colorado's slide? Talking about the Bertuzzi incident again. TSN is reporting that Marc Crawford ordered the attack on Steve Moore, by telling his team during the 2nd intermission that Moore "must pay the price". I'd say he paid the price. Wouldn't you agree, Marc?

12.06.07Recap: Blue Jackets 5, Avalanche 4The Colorado Avalanche played nearly 2 1/2 periods of good hockey last night, while he Columbus Blue Jackets played a half period of great hockey. The half period of great hockey won, as Columbus came back from a 3-1 deficit to start the third to win 5-4. It's the first time this year the Avalanche have blown a third period lead. It was a deflating loss - the type of loss that cause head coaches to lose their jobs. The Blue Jackets got on the board first (how many times has that happened in the last month or so? Too ...

About the Author
I was an occasional Avalanche fan transformed into a die hard Avalanche fan when a certain Ray Bourque was traded to Colorado on my birthday in 2000.
I opened up the Cheap Seats in August of 2006, and have been babbling about the Avs ever since. I also contribute on a somewhat weekly basis to Mile High Hockey.
