12.04.07Recap: Sharks 3, Avalanche 2The Avs lost to the Sharks 3-2 last night. The Avs played a good game against a strong San Jose team, but found themselves down 3-1 on a fluky goal from Mike Grier. Andrew Brunette would score later to make it 3-2, but it wouldn't be enough to earn a point. 12.04.07Notes: Game 26, Sharks at Avalanche{{pre}} Well, imagine that. For the first time in weeks, I'm getting the Altitude feed tonight. I haven't seen the Altidudes in ages. That annoyingly repetitive guitar riff almost sounds fresh again. Not. In the pre-game, Mike Haynes and Peter McNab talk about the Kings game as if they defeated an NHL powerhouse. I was an occasional Avalanche fan transformed into a die hard Avalanche fan when a certain Ray Bourque was traded to Colorado on my birthday in 2000.
I opened up the Cheap Seats in August of 2006, and have been babbling about the Avs ever since. I also contribute on a somewhat weekly basis to Mile High Hockey.
